a good run for once with David and wyatt. xcfh. shins hurt pretty bad halfway, had to stop for a bit, but otherwise felt real good.
I held up this red sign on the road that said "Hydrant flushing this area on wednesday". and all the cars that passed by slowed down as i trolled them hard. one woman had her hand over her mouth in shock. legit




a good leg day. 145 squat, 5x10. i think the pain in my traps and shoulders from the bar was worse than the squat itself lol. going 155 next week.
Deadlift started off at 2 sets of 10 at 175, felt pretty easy. 2x10 with 185 got more serious. and then 1x10 with 195 was where its at. good progression, challenging. you know what to do next week.
front squats were most brutal after the backsquat/deadlift combo. 105 today, 5x10. the wrists hurt like a motherfucker.
then hamstring curls superset with seated calf raise. 1x10 w/ 80lb, then changed it to 90lbs the next 4 sets. 35lbs for calf raises, just repped til it was hamstring turn again and felt the burn.
Leg press. 70lbs on each side, first two sets felt really tough and only did like 8 reps for those. but then the next 3 sets felt much easier, got 10 reps on all those.
good progression on the lifts, no stims today
