Another windy day. Not as bad as yesterday, but bcertainly bad enough to ruin a track workout. Workout was sets of (2x200m@Fpace(30-31) w/ 200-400m jog + 1x400m@Fpace(61) w/ 600-800m jog). I did 3 sets with splits of: (30.1, 31.7, 61.3; 31.4, 31.6, 64.1; 31.5, 31.8, 66). Jogs were (200,200,600,200,400,600,200,400,400) The wind was killer and it just sucked the speed out of me. Really struggled a lot for a lot of reasons. Mostly just didn't feel very good today.
