Comments:
i ran from a little before the start of the hill up to the observatory. did that 6 times for my workout, it was about 1:45-1:47 on those intervals. it was at probably race effort as my heart rate at the top was 170-175. i was really feeling it on these though, especially in my hamstrings. that hill is also a monster too. finished up with about 6 miles after that to make it my medium long day.
