Hemo Rage Black

Comments:
4x400 mile pace, 4x200 800 pace, 4x100 fast. 69, 69, 66/67, 66/67. they were harder than they shoulda been. but legs felt pretty good. no shin issues or other bullshit. 200s at 31s. 100s quick. it was cool. idk.



had a scoop of Hemo Rage towards the end of my intervals. it tastes as nasty as people say it is.
didnt get like a crazy rush of energy but i felt it come on once i got back to veale and felt like i was ready to go.
hit the lat pulldowns first hard. 140lbs, 3x10, which is more than what i aimed for. then a 4 drop NOS set. felt so good and energized that i did more than i planned.
5x10 45lb dips, then 1x12 25lb. felt a little unstable for some reason. terminated triceps early today to give it a chance to recuperate, since they felt shitty on monday.
this is where i felt the Hemo rage start to wear off a bit. started at 100lbs for Tbars, felt pretty hard for a set of 8. i think it was the forearms that were weak from LPDs. dropped to 95 for a set. then a 95-90 drop set. then a drop set from 70-45, increasing the reps, focusing on that squeeze. then a set of higher rep 45lbs once again squeezing the back hard.
40lb one armed rows. 4x12. really focused on the lower lat contractions. possibly got it lol fuck.
machine rows with 60lbs superset 17.5lb reverse flys. didnt feel as much of a burn on the flys. 3x10/12.
by now i didnt feel shit anymore from the Hemo Rage.
close grip pulldowns w/ 90lbs. focused on squeezing the back. put a towel on the bar so that the bar can rotate in my hand and i can get a deeper contraction. i think that worked. 4x10.

the "Extreme Caution" on hemo rage was probably jsut to make it sound hardcore. ill try a heaping scoop next time and take it closer to workout time
