Comments:
My hamstrings were still pretty sore tonight but I tried to put that out of my head. I warmed up for 3 miles with 4 30-second pickups on the way back. During the race my goal was to start out in the middle/back and move up by staying comfortable but I never managed to move up. I felt flat pretty much the entire time, but I guess ended up with barely a PR (15:07), but it's quite frustrating because I know I'm in much better shape. Cooled down for almost 4 miles.
