Long Run, pressed for time, so-so

Comments:
Felt kinda burnt out after my race the day before, but I was really short on time because I had chapter in less than 2 hours so I had to run quick enough. Did red-barn variation that let me finish up at sayre (shitty 1.5 mile steep, uphill finish). Felt alright once I got into it but not splendid, nice to run alone sometimes though.
