Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Warmed up a mile as a team, then we decided to try the 10k course out, since no one likes the Saucon Valley High run. I've never actually done this loop, so it was nice to see the course I might get to race next fall. We went pretty slow and easy on this one, I think by slowing down some of my runs I'll be prepped for a fast time this weekend.
