Comments:
Since today's a recovery day, and I historically have taken those too fast, I really made a point to take it easy so that this weekend I'm feeling my best. We went and did the Desales loop as a team, and me and the frosh + Molloy and Russ did the shortened loop coming back on the same road we came out. Started out really slow on this run (7:30s-8:00) and then picked it up as we went along.
