The great cookie run once again. As I said before, I firmly believe that this, one workout truly defines the ethos of hard work that surrounds this great program. And personally, it reminds me why and how I should do this sport. This was the hardest one yet, but somehow it is comforting to know that future GDS runners will stumble, grab their knees and vomit just as I did so many times today, especially after that 34th pickup. Anthony told me not to log the distances however, so that runners will not prepare for in advance, and he can really separate the boys from the men (and girls from women).
