Comments:
so I have decided that I do not like running after dinner. It makes me run way slower and it feels just as hard, which is annoying. Also, I have to stop sometimes because my stomach hurts/feels weird. My MRI showed that I have a tear in the cartilage in my hip. which sucks. but I am not getting surgury to fix it for a long time so I will just have to deal.
