Ran steeplechase. I had a nice fall in the pit on the third lap. I wasn't hurdling many of the barriers and I should've been but i'll work on that. Ran like 15 seconds faster then last week in significantly worse conditions. They probably added like 15 20 seconds to the time alone. Decent race tuesday will be good to get a fast 2 mile in.
