Because of such an easy week and then not racing, had to do a little longer today. 2 mile warmup, 2 mile tempo in 12:50 (6:22, 6:28). 1 mile easy. Hartwick "track meet" was going on, so jumped in the mile as part of my workout: 6:04. 800 easy. 4x2 minutes hard (90 seconds in between)...went through the 400s in 90-91...4x1 minute hard...1.5 cool down
