Comments:
Tested out the legs with a 3mi run which included :10 barefoot, 4xstrides @ 80%, lunges, + drillZ.
Some early tightness...Left groin and right glut, but thankfully, everything got ironed out. Did almost no stretching the last 4 days (SUPS lazy!), but other than that, everything felt recovered.
One of our girls (Hannah), solo'd a 4:55 1500 (wind included!). She's a former soccer player and it has been fun watching her progress each race. She's got a positive, but tough-as-nails mindset.
