mediocre day all together. 400 legs felt good but didn't know where I was because of lanes. 800 my legs felt terrible made a okay move but so fucking slow. 4x4 was okay just happy to survive 54.4- long cool down after. Pretty frustrated about this but hopefully this will make me stronger for next week.
