Comments:
2013 Boston Marathon. Went through the half around 1:11:20. I never felt like I ever got into a really good groove. Felt pretty much totally spent around mile 22. Happy, but not thrilled with the time. Thought I would run faster.

Oh well! Learn from it and move on! I'm really excited to get back to the 5k 10k range. Do more track work
