Weather: Who cares? I was on a treadmill.
Comments:
Another morning exercise session before a double shift of work. Definitely dragging a bit today. Stationary bike for the warmup (during which I may have seen my boss's car on the news for having been in a car accident with a state police office downtown last night...) Started the intervals with 2:00 at jog (7.5 mph) 1:00 at sprint (10.5), but changed to 1:30 and 1:00 once I got in the groove. Walked on the treadmill to cool down.
P.S. the calendar overview makes me look like I'm dragging ass. 55 minutes to go 5.74? Uhhh what? More like 40 minutes.
