Comments:
600 all out, ten mins recovery, then 4x200 with 200 recovery between each. felt really good on the 600, didnt even go completely 100% and ran it in 1:25...feel like another 32 second 200 was easily there...not to jinx it. then

for the 4x200. felt like i was legitimately sprinting for the first time this season on the last 200. good workout
