I don't even know what to say... this workout made no sense and I'm extremely annoyed about the whole situation. Somehow we ended up running 4x2 with somewhere around 500m rest, although one time we had a 6 minute rest because people kept getting sent off in front of us. Then we ran one 400, before returning to 4x2, but with 200 rests all of a sudden. The milers and 2 milers got a normal 8x400 workout, so it's like Mr. Paul had no idea what to do with us and didn't really care... What a waste of time.
