Comments:
First real hot day of the spring. Workout was 2 sets of 4x600 at 2 seconds slower than R with 90 second rest then 400m jog then 3x200 at F. It was pretty challenging in the heat. On the first set I hit like 1:42/44 for the first two then fell off a little on the last two. Hit 27-29 on the 200s, actually felt great on those. Second set was more like 1:50 but the 200s were still 27-29.
