Comments:
3x1000 at I w/ 2:30 rest, 3x400 at R w/ 60 rest, 3x300 at R w/ 60 rest.
1000s- 3:06 for all, didn't feel too bad
400s- 67, 67, 66; pushed to make the last one faster
300s- 47-49, went a little too hard on that 47 but I was feeling good on these, still had stuff left, maybe went too slow on the 1000s.
