Comments:
Did all weight bearing exercises, except not all of the lunges. I have noticed so much improvement on the one legged ones, like standing on one leg and closing my eyes, because now I can turn my head from side to side. That night I also did a ton of core stuff, much more than usual. Did 10 pullups, 110 situps with holding for 30 seconds at end and bobs, plank for 1:30 and side plank for :45 both sides with dips, some pushups, and all minor core stabilization that was assigned, like the ones lying on my back. Stretched 3 times total today, and noticing that I can almost touch my toes when doing standing up hamstring stretch.
