Comments:
Ran 2 miles up from campus to Pertle Golf course with Tyler and Ben. Then started fartlek with the,. 2x5:00 on/2:30 off. Then 4 x 800 with 2:00 rest. Ran them all around 2:45 in the sloppy and wet grass. Quit early on 4 th one bc I hurt so bad. 2 miles down for around 8 on the day.

Felt bad and just tired this week.
