Great, great workout. Honestly, I was dreading it Wednesday afternoon - I think my stress just manifested itself in uneasiness about the workout.
Somehow, though, I was in a much better mindset during the workout than I usually am. Getting more sleep Tuesday night certainly accounts for that change, I think. But I kept right with the group, and it feels great to know I did.
