Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Did a negative split run today with Sam, Molloy, and Ty. We warmed up to the rail trail, then started a 20 min neg split. Started out nice and easy, got rolling a little before the turn around. Not exactly sure what our pace was, but I know our last mile was around 5:08. (Way back was tempo'd for 16:45, which implies we went a little over 5k). Cooled down back to the track.
