2:00 / 8:06. amazing to be able to run here. actual race was not that great. in retrospect, I think we might have done better without switching griffin and me. I led off, feeling stiff with no striders. after a false start we were urged not to push and shove, so I didn't, and of course I was pushed into last place immediately. worked my way up in lane 2 (lane 6, i guess, on penn's weird track) to 5th place or so. handoff was terrible, plus i could've kicked harder -- I got distracted because I couldnt find Sam in the crowd. all in all, a lot of time was lost on the final straight. I didn't feel like I worked hard enough in general. didn't really care though, it was awesome just to be there
