Comments:
1600 - went out in 65 65 thru in 2 11 and didnt feel too exhausted. After that came back in 68 but it didnt feel like it was that slow. Arms started getting tired last 600 or so. Legs felt fine though. didnt feel like i had much of a kick
4x4 - went out relaxed and some kid passed me but it built into it and kicked his ass on the home stretch. Felt pretty fast. Ran about 55.3
