Penn relays Day two

Weather: low 60s, beautiful

Comments:
Mid afternoon I jogged down to the new fields behind the stadium with all the girls. Jogged steady for awhile with sprinters, then did 2x3min with Emma B-X with a couple of 30 second pick-ups with senior distance girls. Then ran with Gnome to the river trail with a 30 second pick-up the Billy Cox approved bridge. Ran a few hard pick-ups along the river trail... several 2 minute pick-ups and a one minute pick up or two. Calves started to tie up during the later pick ups, but it was good to be working hard alongside Nomi.
