not a workout, just a long bike ride. went by pretty fast.

did yoga core and beginner's yoga as well as breathing flow moves. body was shaking afterwards. I think I'm addicted to yoga already. I love it.

ran around in the backyard with the dogs for like twenty minutes and my foot didn't hurt until I came inside, now it's aching a bit.
