Fact: Veale >> Lifetime

Comments:
last run before taking time off. god damn. sloughed along the roads with Ben feeling liek an obese 65 year old with arthritis my legs hurt so badly.

Veale was closed so I went with Ethan to Lifetime, he went in as a guest. same interior as syosset's Lifetime, felt like i was back home.
50lb shoulder press, hit 3x8. then a dropset of 40-25lbs.
lateral raises, hit 4x10 with 25lbs, then 4x12 with 22.5, then 2xNOS.
Rear delt flys, 4x12 w/ 22.5 superset with reverse pec dec. nice thing about having so much equipment and machines available is the pec dec.
Wheelbarrow shrugs, felt like shit.
Front raises w/35lbs, 3x10 i think.
tried a couple sets of overhead presses.
did some facepulls. these were nice actualy and can be manipulated well to really activate those traps.

even though lifetime is so nice, i think i actually prefer to lift at Veale. its just more of a hardcore weight room type of environment. veale sometimes seems too chill, and not serious enough. hard to get into that Beastmode mindset when at lifetime.
