Ugh

Here's what's going on.

I felt okay Saturday morning: nothing seemed wrong as I went through my morning routine. Then around noontime, my body began feeling weak and groggy. My muscles felt like half of their usual selves, and my guts felt weak too. Often I'll get this after a tough race, but a short race like 400m hurdles never does that to me (and I felt fine after the race).

So I tried to go out on a long run, but I didn't feel right and cut it off after 3 1/4. Running didn't make me feel any better, and as I was getting into bed I felt for sure like had a small fever.
