Comments:
Ithaca Relays. I was really nervous for the SMR because ever guy except me on the team were like "yeah this is an easy blue shirt" and I'm there thinking I'm half the race, look at Corey to my left, Dan to my right, etc. So I got the baton in 2nd behind some shaker kid, although I'm not worried about that at all I'm just worried about Corey and Dan catching me. So I get up to this Shaker kid fine, draft him, and then here comes Dan and Corey at around 300 meters in. So I pass the shaker kid after I get passed by them, and I'm on their backs for a while. Corey takes off at around 210 so I finally get around Dan and take off too. I guess I really didn't take off though as it was a 30 last 200 haha but oh well. I ran around 1:58 high so I was happy. With 100 to go the Shaker kid just sprinted his brains out and almost beat Corey, so I was a little upset he came out of nowhere to beat me. But 3rd place wasn't bad. Then the 4x800 came. I wasn't feeling too hot, puking earlier next to Seth. I got out, was in first then Brendon comes and gets in then slows down and I trip all over him. But I pass him eventually and I don't remember what happened but I finished in 2:01, but I dunno it just really didn't feel like I went all out and gave it everything in that 800. I just felt blah. Oh well still a decent double.
