I'm listening to that.
Its so inspiring to me.
I find so much inspiration for running through music.
it really gets me going.
i needa fix my mp3 so i can run with music again.
today was nice.
I was very tired, and wasnt really in the running mood but i did it.
I felt pretty accomplished, even if my pace was pretty slow.
theres always that amazing feeling when you say that you finished.
I'm so pumped for this season.
I dont care about making anyone else proud but myself.
I need to do that.
Only then, will I be better mentally and physically.
I've been training mentally since october.
and now its the physical stuff.
If i can just make it through these next 6 days like you said coach, then I'll feel better.
Im willing to go through hell.
after all, its one of those things that really keep me going.
I think it took me like 40 minutes to run it, just a guess.
