2 mile warmup
Only 5 girls ended up running the 5k. Stayed with the top 3 girls for the first 1.5 mile then dropped off and was running alone for the rest of the race. One side of the track was really windy. Just became mentally hard running it alone. 5:54 through the first mile, 12:04 for the 2nd mile. Finished the 5k in 19:05. Happy to be able to get the same exact time as last race, hopefully being pushed with a group will give me a couple more seconds.
