My hip/groin was bothersome
The warmup was a race
Everyone just went and ran fast because other people were running fast - no one can think for themselves they all believe they should just be with the top guys. When, because they ran fast when they shouldn't have before a meet, run poorly in their races I don't want to hear the complaints I will most likely hear (yes I'm a hypocrite).
You know what, I'm just gonna put everything. Everything stinks.
