took 1.5 scoops of Craze stacked with 1.5 scoops of Hemavol. I have a feeling Hemavol dampens the affects of other products. didnt feel a rush or anything, but focus was there. one thing i did notice was an extremely high heart rate when lifting, 150+ and really strong heart beats too. i could feel it thru my chest. I was also energized at the banquet after the meet.
Dumbbell press aimed for 4x8 with 75lbs. hit 3 full sets, then the 4th set got about 6 or 7, 2 of which were spotted. Improvement is there. Doing sets of 8 again next week with 75s.
On the last rep of the first set, not sure what happened but my right arm started rotating back and i could feel the rotator cuff begin to be strained on the negative. dropped the dumbbell just in the nick of time before it took me over to snap city. jsut gotta remember to becareful from now on and probably a good idea to warm up the rotator cuffs each time.
Curls. hit 4x8 with 70lbs, then a 70-50 dropset, got about 5/6 and 7/8. then a rep out with 50lbs, dont remember how much i got there.
Seated incline press. hit 4x8 i think with 65 on each side. gotta recheck this one. pretty good, getting the adaptations.
hammer curls - 3x10 with 30lbs, then 2x12 with 25lbs. not bad
seated decline press. 80 each side for 4x8 controlled, squeezing, MMC.
Preacher curls just tried to rep out and burnout. Not sure if i really liked it that much. i may try incline curls next time.
Pushups superset with flys. Did about 20 pushups for all 3 sets, and did flys w/ 25s to try to get a more controlled movement with better form, feeling the stretch. but only managed about 8-10 on the 3 sets, even dropped to 20lbs on the 3rd set. but thats ok since its a finisher exercise.
got a massive pump in my pecs, probably the best i ever had.
