Weather: very nice weather

Comments:
2M warm-up and cool-down.
Ran a 4:38 mile. Team finished 5th. I got baton in 6th. 10m behind 5th, 100m+ behind 4th, 200m+ behind 1st. Had no one to race against and splits showed it. 66,70,72,70. Pretty terrible. Also just didn't feel very good. I hate the track at PENN, very hard to know splits and it's disorienting. Not happy with performance but glad PENN is over so that I can focus on longer races.
