Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Clear cool and slightly dark.

Comments:
I ran easy but felt like I was at higher effort. It was a quick turn around from the night before but I had to get the run in. Slightly sore, but good. I didn't eat lunch yesterday, had a small dinner, and dehydrated myself with Torpedo. Need to hydrate better.
