Comments:
Ran a warmup and stretched my hip and groin and then got in the pool and did 1 minute hard 1 minute easy 2 minutes hard 1 minute easy up to 5 minutes and back down.
PS to all you kids who ran baker st loop it is 3 miles, you just started it from the wrong gate out the track from what it's actually mapped. That adds approximately .29 miles. You're welcome.
