Comments:
I ran the 6 mile square. Went easy for the first 12.5 minutes, stopped holding back for the next 3.5 minutes, tried to go hard but didn't really go hard enough for the next 3, then stopped pushing for the next 3.5 and finally easy for the last 12.5 minutes. I didn't run as well as I would have liked but it was the first tempo and longest run of the training session.
