went to 1-2-1 cuz its free this week for errybody.
Veale is still the best. but never have i seen a rack of dumbbells go up by 2.5lbs for everything. if only veale had that.

Dumbbell shoulder press, 4x8 with 50lbs, successfully completed. then 2x10 with 40lbs.

killer volume on the lateral raises today. 5x10 with 25lbs, then 5x12 with 22.5lbs, then 2xNOS sets.

Rear delts. only did 4 sets with 22.5 and 20lbs, no superset since the dumbass cables wont adjust for height.

Traps. got 'em good today. used wrist straps for 50lb shrugs, 5x20-25 reps. the last 3 sets were superset with face pulls from the low. 70lbs i think.

then front raises, 4x10 with 35lbs.
