Took yesterday off completely and cross-trained some today. My IT band feels fine. I guess I'm just being a little cautious. Been massaging it, stretching, taking vitamin C, DHA omega-3s, a stinging nettles supplement, arnica, and quercitin. Also have been applying copaiba oil [sic].
