Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
backcountry trails and some x-country. lunchtime run.
Some unconfortableness on the balls of my feet. Probably due to slippage becasue of uneven ground and jumping over streams, logs, etc.
I think the tight fit overall has proved to be better for the soles of my feet that my last pair of trainers. Even though these seem to fit tight, I think I need that to avoid blisters.
