Started with a warm up set on the deadlift, 10 reps of 135lbs. easy enough. next 2 sets were 195lbs for 10 reps each. easy enough. then 205lbs, very doable. 215, starting to get tough but feeling great. loaded up 2 red plates for 225lbs and hit all 10 reps. used wrist straps for this one. it was solid. #AlphaAsFuck
10 sets total of hamstring curls. first 5 were 10 reps with 90lbs loaded.
actually went to do some standing calf raises. 5x20-25 reps with 50lbs.
Went to lying hamstring curls but lying down hurt my sore quads so damn much i just went back to seated ham curls. did 70lbs for 5x12.
5x10-12 on the decline abs with 20lbs.
some wood choppers. and thats all.
can't wait to see what its gonna look like after shredding.
