Started this run going pretty quick and feeling surprisingly fleet of foot, so I decided mid run to make it a quick tempo. 2 miles warming up, then my tempo miles were 5:37, :28, :25, :11. My legs definitely still feel.... well.... delicate while running fast. I just have to be careful not to push too hard because my body is absolutely still in recovery mode from the marathon. But I was so pumped to do this workout and feel very relaxed while doing it. I'm not as unfit as I thought!
