Comments:
Binghamton Half with the XC team, just did it as a very long run so I could recover quicker from it. First half my quad was horrible, didnt feel it as bad towards the end. Other then the quad, legs felt very good and wasn't dead at the end. Ran with Krista, so proud of her for pushing herself and running with me! Beautiful day, and fun run with everybody
