Comments:
3(4x400m) - did a 400 and walked 100m to the next starting line to go up again. was supposed to run 70 per which i did but it didn't feel too easy on my legs or lungs. breathing pretty heavy after each one.

did a kind of all out 325m dash after alla them thangs. built into it from the start and when i tried to kick my legs felt tired adn i didnt feel too fast...kind of like the last 100 at shepherd
