very impromptu day !

2 scoops of Hemo Rage on an empty stomach, hit chest at full force.
Hemo Rage is full of dirty energy. It wasnt just sustained but like set me on my edge. made me wanna puke during the lift cuz i was breathing hard and mouth was dry.
75lb dumbbell press, aimed for 5x8. hit almost 4x8 completely. then hit about 5 on the last set and got a spotted rep or two. i think i get it in my head too much on this exercise. just like the moment i think im in trouble, i can't complete the rep. its all mental. did an impromptu back off set of 50lbs, just repping it like it aint nothing but a peanut for about 12-13
Curls. These kind of hurt my right forearm somehow the way an olympic bar would. but 4x10 of 70lbs, almost had it all, had to restpause a bit. then a drop of 70-50. then rep out with 50, then i think an impromptu dropset of 50-40.

Emulating German Volume Training with machine presses. Had about 65 loaded up on the incline seated hammer strength press. hit 5x8, had to drop to 55 on the last set but still. immeidately hit the decline seated press with 80lbs each side for 5x8. dropped to 70lbs each side for the last 2 sets, and last set was a dropset of 70-45. lots of pushing today.
Hammer curls. they started out feeling tougher than they should. went for 4x10 with 30lbs, pretty much hit it all. then 2x12 with 25, then an impromptu dropset from 25-20lbs. i think im doing so many impromptu sets and dropsets cuz of the excessive energy Hemo Rage injected into me.
By the way the pump i got was painful lol. biceps were so pumped it was actually hard to hit the full range of motion. crazy shit.
Pushups superset with DB flyes. 4 sets, last set was once again, impromptu lol. 15 pushups each set, not even hitting failure each time. last set was 20 pushups. flys were 10 reps each with 22.5lbs, which was the perfect weight. i dont understand how im able to do so many pushups at this point in the workout, just cranking them out like a machine. in the past if you put me in pushup position towards the end or after hitting chest, i'd just collapse. but somehow i can bust them out.
then some incline seated curls, to overload the front part of the movement. 20lbs for 3 sets of 10. then of course an impromptu dropset of 20-15.

the cookout afterwards was impromptu as well.
