Exercise Type: Weights

Had to do the lift alone cuz Drew didn't answer.
Squats - 1x10 with 135lbs
1x10 with 175lbs
2x8 with 185lbs
1x12 with 135lbs
just felt a little different without Drew there, i think it may have thrown me off a little, just made me afraid to push myself as hard, or i was mentally less confident in my sets. But hit 2 sets of 185 squat nevertheless. the lower back felt very taxed after squats though, kind of bothers me that I either didn't notice this before or my form somehow changed to cause this.
Seated calf raises with 65lbs, aimed for 5 sets of 20-25 but did more like 25-35.
Hack squats. 1x10 with 25lbs each side, then 1x10 with 30lbs each side, then 1x10 with 35lbs each side. this felt like it was of much greater intensity. then a back off set of 12 with no weight.
leg press. warmup set of 90lbs each side for 12 reps. 110lbs each side for a set of 10, then 2x8 with 115lbs each side i think. this was pushing it to the limit. almost hit failure. and i was feeling my lower back round out which i didnt think was possible on a leg press position. def saw stars and brought me to my knees. real demanding. then a back off set of either 10-12 with 90lbs.
seated leg extensions. hahaha. last week i did 5x12-15 with 30lbs each side. the best i could do was like 15lbs each side today since I somehow blew my quads out so hard on the previous exercises. Not sure why since volume was not greater than usual, and intensity was increased by the usual amount. but it felt good. got a good burn with 4x15 after figuring out the appropriate weight with the first set.
legs were completely utterly useless after this. they were shaking and feeling like Jello with every step i took. i'd easily almost fall over all the time. greatest feeling ever.
