Comments:
Needed a good recovery after Sunday's race and then Mondays long hard workout. I should have done some push ups and sits up when I got home. Probably shouldn't have smoke those camels...
Not sure if I am going to run tomorrow, I probably should but I got a long day at work. I should still put in a good five miles.
