Everything Hurt. In the 4x800 I was probably within 10 seconds of all out. The two mile I just did the work so Sam could have the win and have 4 on the day; he passed me with 200 to go. Then 8x200 rolling in the end. 34, 36, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32, 32.

Gym Class Mile before the meet too. Had to get the free day so Ran a 6:30
